The house is let from Saturday to Saturday
with a minimum rental of one week.

January to April €350 pw
May & June €550 pw
July & August €650
September & October €550 pw
November & December €350 pw
Christmas & Easter €650 pw
Payment is taken in Euro's except for UK residents who can pay in Pound Sterling

(July fully booked, only one week left in August)

Gas, central heating oil and water are included in the rent.There is a €35/£30 end of stay cleaning charge.
All linen is provided.
